You must own the files you process or have permission from the rights holder. Do not use VidPatch to infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights. VidPatch is not a downloader and does not grant rights to content obtained from another platform.
Local files and backups
Processing runs on your device. Keep a backup of every original file and review the output before publishing or deleting anything. VidPatch cannot restore files from your device.
Availability and results
VidPatch is provided as available without a guarantee that every file, codec, browser, or device will work. Features may change, pause, or be removed. You remain responsible for checking output quality and suitability for your intended platform.
Advertising and external links
VidPatch may display advertising and links to services such as Ko-fi. External services are responsible for their own content, products, terms, and privacy practices.
